Job Description:
Managing directors organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our own local office in their country. He/She should be able to organize the daily work, together with secretary/office clerk staff and / or together with telemarketing specialists. One of your main duties will be to deliver our Ear Piercing products to your local customers, prepare trade shows and implement all advertising and promotion activities in his/her country. We have different ways of delivery, for example the delivery with parcel service, postal office, direct sales (Hot sales) via Sales Representatives, Telesales and Internetshop.
We mainly serve retailers, but also wholesalers and big chain stores are customer of our company. Our Managing Director is also responsible for the Sales in his / her country and will manage a defined budget and sales target. Due to having international chain stores in our customer portfolio, the person needs have a fine hand in handling Key Accounts. Part of our company policy is to prepare periodically mailing activities in teamwork with our Marketing division in our Head Office in Germany. Another duty is to plan, arrange and supervise several trade shows in your country. You will be responsible for all financial transactions in the office and work very close together with our external Tax Advisor. Further you will be responsible for outgoing and incoming invoices, tracking them and feed the invoices into our warehouse system. All our Managing directors order their goods, promotion needs, directly from our European Headquarter in Germany. One of the main duties is also to find, support and follow Sales Persons all over the country.
He / She reports directly to the General Manager in the Headquarter and/or to the responsible Area Sales Manager.

 

Requirements:
• Fluency in English is a must (written and oral);
• Experience in similar position and sectoral business experience (Beauty or Cosmetic Sector)
• Successful study in business administration / International Management or equivalent is desirable;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Problem-solving skills, reliable and initiative;
• Project management ability (shows, training, mailing);
• Strong negotiator and organizational skills;
• Professional appearance to provide our positive company image;
• A valid driving license (Class B) ;
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule;
• Participating at trade shows and training seminars requires significant local travel and weekend and/or evening work;
• PC knowledge, especially Windows XP, MS Office application and good Internet user skills;
• Knowledge of local Tax laws and applications would be desirable
